- Cost: free shipping on all orders.
- Delivery time: orders are delivered in 5 to 8 business days.
Change-of-mind returns
Not happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days.
- Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage: the customer pays the cost of sending the item back.
- Refunds: once we receive your return, our team inspects it and then contacts you about your refund. Refunds may take 8 to 10 business days to process.
To start a return, send us a message with your order number and we'll take it from there.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort it out.
Warranty
The PowerScrub Electric Grill Brush comes with a 1 year warranty. If something goes wrong in that time, get in touch with your order number. The warranty applies to the PowerScrub only and not to our other products.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty and to all of our products.
